The Location |

The project will be established at the former Jamboree site of the LGU, containing an area of 11.6 hectares, more or less, registered in the name of the Municipality of Carrascal per Tax Declaration No. 99-02-0300656. It is located near the national highway and approximately 1 kilometer away from Carrascal poblacion, On July 18, 2005, Executive Order No. 19, was issued by Hon. Mayor Alfred B. Arreza, ECE, duly supported by a Memorandum of Agreement and Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 95, identifying and designating the lot for the purpose. Overlooking the natural beauty and the panoramic landscape and seascape of the municipality contributes the topographic ambiance of the site. The site is a barren land and needs a comprehensive site development. The construction and establishment of infrastructure utilities, such as electrification, water system and well-planned water ways and drainage system, Sibol School, Gawad Kalusugan Clinic, Livelihood and Multi-purpose Center, Park & Playground are of equal important. Some portion of the site are likewise allocated for agricultural development, tree park and camp site. |
